Delete vs. Hide Letters
Deleting permanently removes a letter. Automatic letters can be sent again if their conditions still pass.
Hiding keeps the letter in the system but removes it from the visible list. Hidden letters do not count toward Total Letters Count. The example UIs hide letters by default; replace the Mark Letter as Hidden instruction with Delete Letter if you need permanent removal.
